Senior Command/Administration
Bureau Chief/Major. In charge of LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS COUNTYWIDE to include supervision of 7 Captains, 13 Lieutenants/District Commanders, numerous Sergeants and approximately 350 sworn and non-sworn personnel. Responsibilities included all daily law enforcement and community policing operations, the Communications Center, Records, Property Crime Investigations, SWAT, Aviation, K9, Traffic Unit, Underwater Recovery Team, Crisis Negotiations Unit, Crime Analysis and more. In charge of COURT SERVICES, including bailiffs for judicial security and civil process service. In charge of agency wide strategic planning, process improvement strategies, performance measures and accreditation processes.
Mid Management
- Quadrant Captain, overseeing 3 Districts to include the District Commanders/Lieutenants.
- Served as Lieutenant/District Commander countywide Training Director in charge of all organization wide training.
