Protect Children and Schools
By increasing the School Resource Deputy programs and staffing. Develop a youth posse program that provides mentorship for students.

Revamp and organize the MASH Unit program
To build better partnerships with community organizations focused on preventing and investigating animal abuse and neglect cases. Expand the animal cruelty unit to ensure all cases are properly investigated. Develop and expand roles in the Posse to include animal rescues and animal activists.

Staff and organize units to stop human and drug trafficking.
Community education, engagement and outreach while expanding the Special Victims Unity to include a proactive human and sex trafficking specialized investigative team including a forensic cyber division. Increase training and awareness for Deputies, Detention Officers, and Healthcare providers to identify victims of human and sex trafficking.

Evaluate and expand the Bound by Valor Program.
Veterans who are incarcerated can join the Bound by Valor program to provide supportive services and has a goal of reducing recidivism.

Evaluate and expand the training for Deputies, Detention Officers and other critical staff.
Enhance the training provided to the Deputies, Detention Officers, and staff to include comprehensive training on how to identify and respond to victims of human and sex trafficking, PTSD, Combat Stress Awareness, and more.
